Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 7 days of delivery, provided the item:
Is unused and in its original condition
Includes original packaging and tags
Is not a final sale or non-returnable item (noted on product page)
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
You must ship the item back to the return address we provide within 5 days
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Ziva Walks is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be made via bank transfer or another agreed method since we use cash on delivery
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, or need a different size or item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days of approval:
Check your bank or payment method for any pending transfers
